Confidence plays a big part in being able to wing the first date and be triumphant. However, you are not going to want to come across as overconfident with yourself. #3 Give Yourself Plenty of Time

If, as the time approaches, you are still shaking with nerves, you’ve been ready for hours, and you feel that time has slowed right down, then the best thing you can do is to do some deep breathing exercises to help focus your mind and calm your nerves. Breathe deeply, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Take each breath in slowly down into your belly and then release it slowly out of your mouth. Do not force it. Take it slowly, calmly, and then repeat the process.
